Belizean Food?

Several of you have asked about Belizean cuisine. There is a lot of good, fresh seafood - top pic is of whole Red Snapper, coconut rice & cucumber salad.
Many restaurants on Ambergris Caye sell their versions of "Key Lime pies" - most are pretty good. Bottom pic is of key lime banana pie - which wasn't very good!
