Fry Jack & Replacing Thatched Roofs

Top pic is of Fry Jack - deep-fried bread - one of my favorite Belizean foods. Usually served only @ breakfast with butter & homemade jams. Delicious!
Bottom pic is of workers replacing the thatched roof on a cabana @ Ramon's. Surprisingly, 3 men removed & replaced entire thatched roof in 1 day!
