It is customary for Vietnamese to visit their Buddhist temples on the 1st day of the lunar new year. I was asked to accompany them (as I have been for the past 3 years). The bottom pic is a group pic taken at the matriarch's temple. All the monks at this temple are females and one of them remembered me from my previous visits.
