At midnight on Tet's (New Year's) eve, HCMC (Ho Chi Minh City aka Saigon) welcomes the first day of the lunar new year (this year = Feb 10 = Year of the Snake) with fireworks.
Linh's father (Vinh) and Brother (Long) took me to see the fireworks - which are done over the center of downtown Saigon!
